Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through the Jawsam website you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your product arrived damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at contact@jawsam.com. After the verification, you will have two options:

  • Send you a new product;
  • Give you a full refund.
PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED

If your products have not arrived in 15 days, please give it time up to 20 days max as there are some situations we cannot control. If your products have not arrived after 20 days, we will give you a full refund instantly.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damagedwrong productwrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at contact@jawsam.com

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@jawsam.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The inspection could take around 5-7 business days. After that, you’ll receive a new product without (no return fee) any cost or a full refund, it depends on your choice.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION

After ordering any item there is a 12-hour window in which you can cancel your order, after this time we will not be able to cancel your order.

If your order was already fulfilled and you received a Royal MailEvri or Yodel tracking number and you want to cancel, you MUST wait until the package arrives to start the return process.
